  2. Eligible reasons for refund include: wrong item received, item damaged on arrival, or product not as described.
  3. To begin a refund request, email us at info@maleman.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

2. Dropshipping & Third-Party Brands

Some products are fulfilled by partner brands through dropshipping. In such cases:

  1. Refunds and returns are handled by MALEMAN in coordination with the brand.
  2. Processing time for refunds may take up to 14 business days.
  3. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the supplier’s location and return policy.

3. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may delay your eligibility for a refund or result in account review.
