1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible reasons for refund include: wrong item received, item damaged on arrival, or product not as described.
- To begin a refund request, email us at info@maleman.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
2. Dropshipping & Third-Party Brands
Some products are fulfilled by partner brands through dropshipping. In such cases:
- Refunds and returns are handled by MALEMAN in coordination with the brand.
- Processing time for refunds may take up to 14 business days.
- Return shipping costs may apply depending on the supplier’s location and return policy.
3. Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may delay your eligibility for a refund or result in account review.
