  2. Dropshipping Partners (where products are shipped from the supplier on behalf of the brand)

All merchants are carefully vetted and monitored to ensure consistent service and fulfillment quality.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  1. Local deliveries (UAE/GCC): 3–7 business days
  2. International shipping: 7–21 business days
    Some products may ship separately if fulfilled by different vendors.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

4. Shipping Fees & Customs

  1. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and weight.
  2. International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
