By signing up for the MALEMAN Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you (the affiliate) and MALEMAN, and to ensure that the program operates smoothly, ethically, and in alignment with our brand values.

1. Eligibility

To join the affiliate program, you must:

  1. Be 18 years or older
  2. Own or manage a valid platform with original content (e.g., blog, website, social media)
  3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

MALEMAN reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  1. Promote MALEMAN in a positive, authentic, and brand-aligned manner
  2. Not make any false or misleading claims about MALEMAN or its products
  3. Not run paid advertising using our brand name without prior approval
  4. Not impersonate MALEMAN or falsely imply a partnership beyond the affiliate relationship

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of your promotional activities.

3. Commission Structure

  1. You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link or coupon code.
  2. Commission rates and payout schedules will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard or official onboarding materials.
  3. We reserve the right to adjust commission structures at any time, with notice.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Payouts are made [monthly/bi-weekly] via [PayPal/bank transfer], once your earnings exceed the minimum threshold of [insert amount].
  2. Commissions are tracked in real-time and are subject to a 14-day validation period to account for cancellations or refunds.
  3. You are responsible for any taxes related to your affiliate earnings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  1. Promote MALEMAN on sites that contain adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content
  2. Use misleading or spam tactics to drive traffic
  3. Use your own affiliate code to purchase items for personal use (self-referral)
  4. Create false orders or manipulate the program to increase commissions

Violation of these policies may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Brand Representation

You must adhere to MALEMAN’s brand tone and values. This includes:

  1. Using only approved marketing materials or requesting permission for custom assets
  2. Maintaining the integrity of our messaging: curated, masculine, intentional

7. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, logos, and branded content provided to affiliates remain the property of MALEMAN. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them only as part of the affiliate program.

8. Program Termination

MALEMAN reserves the right to:

  1. Terminate or pause the affiliate program at any time, with notice
  2. Terminate an individual affiliate account without notice in cases of violation or suspected fraud

Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by contacting us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

MALEMAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
